All our goods are sent from our warehouse in Kristiansand. We use Bring/Postnord. Parcels in a letterbox are sent with Bring and parcels to the collection point are sent with Postnord. Normal delivery time is 3-7 days.

Exchange/Return

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you want to start a return, you must contact us here

Conditions for approval of returns:

The main rule is that all returns must be salable as if they were new, unused goods.

• shoes and clothes can be tried on, but cannot be visibly worn
• underwear and swimwear (bottoms, bathing suits, swimming shorts) cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
• food and drinks cannot be returned
• dietary supplements cannot be returned
• electronics with a broken seal cannot be returned.
• the goods must have their original tags and original packaging
• DO NOT stick the return slip directly on the item's packaging

We do not accept returns of food, dietary supplements, protein powders and drinks due to quality assurance. If there is a fault with the product or you wish to use the right of withdrawal, please contact customer service first. The inquiry form is at the bottom of this page.

Deviations from this result in the return not being approved and you will not be refunded the money. You will be notified by e-mail.
We do not contact you when you return underwear or swimwear.

If you wish to advertise an item, please send us an inquiry through the contact form on the page.

Then enter the correct order number. State the reason why you want to advertise.
